Affirmations

I love love love affirmations - I literally have them all over my home, which reminds me to stay calm and centred; even when things are going astray.

To help you reach this same sense of serenity, here are my top 10 favourite affirmations for you.

For those doing the 28 day sleep challenge, as per my book Bear, Lion or Wolf, I recommend picking one or two of your favourite from the list below, and writing it on a sticky note or pad where you see it often - next to your bed, your bathroom mirror or on the back of your front door. Each day during the challenge, make sure you stop and read the affirmation aloud - it will give you that little bit more hope, confidence and trust that you are on the right track… because you are.
