If you have one of those annoying snoring partners, or are one of those couples that frequently debate on who snores the most, you’ll be delighted to hear that ALDI have recently released ‘Anti-Snore Pillows’ in packs of two.

The budget retailer sell the two-pack pillows  for just $20, currently sold in the UK.

The nifty product works by elevating the position of the head so your airways are clear and you remain snore-free throughout the night.

“This 2 pack of Kirkton House Anti Snore Pillows is a comfortable way to help snorers, meaning everyone can get a better night’s sleep! The S-shaped foam insert wrapped in the hollow fibre helps to elevate the head position, keeping your airways open!” the product description reads.

According to sleep expert Olivia Arezzolo
there are advantages to sleeping on a wedge pillow.

"If you snore, the advantage of sleeping on a wedge pillow is that it actually forces you to sleep on your side," she told Kidspot.

“When you sleep on your side your tongue naturally moves to the side of your mouth - allowing airflow to and from your throat with greater ease; compared to if you were on your back.”

"But I wouldn't say it outweighs the other factors."

Olivia also advises sleeping on hypoallergic bedsheets, such as wool.

“Allergens can restrict nasal airflow and force you to breathe through your mouth - exacerbating snoring. Hypoallergenic fabrics are typically natural, such as wool and bamboo,” she says.
